Inspired by the design of a futuristic vehicle, this jacket takes a futuristic perspective on a leather biker jacket.
The leather chosen is a premium, full-grain cowhide with a sleek, aniline finish and water repellant properties.* On the heavier side, this hide combines durability with a luxurious feel that will age beautifully over time.
Made from an exquisite Mongolian sheep fur, the collar is extremely soft and removable. Buyers have a choice of color of the fur collar or no collar at all.
Additional materials include a tactile neoprene on the sleeves, 3M reflective nylon accents on the back and quilted metallic polyester lining.
This piece is made-to-order in downtown Los Angeles with a 4-5 week turn around time.
* The texture of the leather may vary due to the natural material used in this garment.

> General Guidelines
Avoid machine washing and drying — The combination of leather and other materials (especially fur) makes machine washing or drying risky.
Spot cleaning when possible — For small stains and spills, spot clean gently rather than submerging or soaking the jacket.
Professional cleaning — If the jacket becomes heavily soiled or needs a deep clean, recommend a professional leather or fur cleaning service familiar with multi-material garments.
> Leather Shell
Wipe down with a damp cloth — Use a clean, slightly damp cloth to remove surface dirt. Avoid soaking the leather.
Use mild soap if necessary — For stubborn marks, apply a small amount of mild, pH-neutral soap to a cloth and gently rub the area.
Dry naturally — Pat dry with a soft towel, then allow the jacket to air-dry away from direct heat or sunlight, which can dry out and crack leather.
Condition regularly — Leather can dry over time. Use a high-quality leather conditioner or cream every few months to keep it supple and prevent cracking.
> Polyester Lining
Spot clean only: Since the lining is attached to the leather, it’s best to spot clean rather than fully immerse the jacket in water.
Mild detergent: Use a gentle soap or detergent on a soft cloth. Dab—do not rub vigorously—to avoid damaging the lining or pushing water through to the leather.
Air-dry: Let the jacket dry naturally in a well-ventilated area.
> Neoprene & Nylon Panels
Spot clean with mild soap: Use a soft cloth or sponge with a small amount of mild soap diluted in water.
Do not wring or twist: Gently press out excess water if needed.
Avoid high heat: Keep away from direct heat sources, such as radiators or clothes dryers, which can warp or damage neoprene and nylon.
> Mongolian Sheep Fur
Shake and fluff: Gently shake out the fur to dislodge dust and restore fluff.
Light brushing: Use a soft-bristle pet or wig brush to detangle or smooth the fur. Brush lightly in the fur’s natural direction.
Avoid getting the fur wet: Water can cause matting and damage the fur. If the fur does get damp, gently pat it with a towel and air-dry in a cool, ventilated space.
Seek professional care if heavily soiled: Fur requires specialized cleaning products and techniques. It’s best to use a professional fur cleaner if the Mongolian sheep fur is badly stained.
> Storage & Maintenance
Hang properly: Use a wide, padded hanger to help the jacket maintain its shape and prevent stretching—especially important for leather and fur-trimmed garments.
Ventilation: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. A breathable garment bag (cotton or canvas) is preferable over plastic.
Avoid overcrowding: Give the jacket enough space so it isn’t crushed by other clothes, which can deform the fur and crease the leather.
Periodic inspection: Check the jacket periodically for any signs of mold, mildew, or dryness. Condition the leather when needed and fluff the fur to keep it looking fresh.
By following these guidelines, you can extend the life your Mach-2 Motorcycle Jacket while preserving its appearance and functionality. If in doubt, consider consulting a professional cleaner experienced in handling leather and fur garments.
